"Alexander Medina is a scammer. He diagnosed my motherboard needed replacement on my dryer and then when he supplied an estimate he changed the price by $195. then said to clean ducts extra $195 and an extra $70 to clean dryer?.. Said he will not do it for the original price. Switch and bait pricing it was. So charged me for diagnostic of $100 and I found a reputable company to fix it and they said what he was pricing didn't need to be replaced."

"They came out to my house for an insurance repair on my Samsung dishwasher. The manager called me for more details a day later and quoted inaccurate information from a document he was reading. When I asked what the document was so I could figure out where the glitch was in my already very complicated claim, he became extremely agitated and argumentative. I tried explaining my situation but he hung up on me. I’ve never experienced such hatefulness, lack of communication and unprofessional behavior from a service person in my entire life. This situation was uncalled for & unnecessary. I am leaving a review because the level of hostility displayed by this person leaves me feeling afraid for them to return to my home- or any one else’s for that matter, especially if you have kids. Please avoid at all costs!"
