"it took a week and a half to receive , the unit never worked correctly and 1 year later had to purchase another unit from someone else. The said they had fullfilled there agreement and I never received a dime back for anything. I called them several times ,they talked down to me and acted as if it were me . Last year right after I received it they DID send two new compressors at their cost but it still didnot work so they told me it was my furnace so I had a new furnace put in but by that time it was cool outside and it worked ok. BUT when it got warm this year it conked out completely. They refuse to do anything for me ......"

It was covered by warranty and despite the miles Solaredge acquired equipment during supply chain issue periods and quickly and expertly installed it to get me back producing. My warranty included labor for 5 years and earlier in 2023 my inverter failed again for a 2nd time so I'm on my 3rd now. I was worried how much labor would be to come this far or if Solardirect would just supply hardware and not want to do the install. However, I was treated with urgency and the cost charged was extremely reasonable despite the vast distance. I can say definitively Solar Direct is a great company who stands behind what they sell and provide great service years after the sale. Many others I considered I think would have walked away to sell more systems once their labor warranty was up. Dale and Solardirect stand with me and continue to provide great service years after the sale. I highly recommend them for your solar needs!"

"Very disappointed with Jose C. Yanes Air Conditioning & Appliances Services Inc. My AC stopped working in February and Wally diagnosed a bad pump and charged for a new one. Less than a month later I had a vent leak; he came back and cleaned the drains on 3/17, for a new charge. Last week the leaks started again. I reached out to both Wally and Jose. Wally did not respond or return my calls.
I spoke with Jose, who said Wally would come the next day (Wednesday 3/13) but he didn?t show. I spoke with Wally Thursday, and he claimed Jose forgot to tell him; he promised to be there that Thursday, but didn?t show. I?ve been calling since with no response. I spoke with Jose again on Friday, who said Wally was supposed to be there and would reach out, but I have received no calls or messages since. They both stopped responding to my calls and texts. This is very unprofessional and unacceptable. I?m now left dealing with ongoing leaks and poor communication. I wouldn?t recommend. "
