After about a 14 week wait we had a polite and experienced install team show up on time and do a fine job putting in a door and 5 windows. William Archer's maintenance llcBilly (William) was very professional. He walked us through the whole process from start to finish. We bought our house and before we moved In we needed a lot of things done. He painted the whole inside of the house, remodeled our master bathroom even with all of my special requests, put new shelving and cabinets in our master closet, painted our driveway, pressure washed our pool patio, and made a custom accent wall for our sons bedroom. Staff was kind and considerate. Installer did a good job. However, when Mr Karoly did the estimate I told him I wanted to used my current door knobs. After installation my handles where too large to be used on the inside without scaping everyones knuckles on the other door when opening and closing. A friend of mine scraped his knuckle, it could have been more serious issue. When he did the quote it seems like he should have known the handle was too large. I had to buy a new inside handle. Thankfully I was able to find one to fit after research.

I contracted for three motorized roll downs and one accordion shutter. They provided a detailed estimated which is why I went with them. The rest of the process was very unprofessional. Scheduling - After several attempts to install the shutters, they rescheduled me for Labor Day. About 2:00 I called the owner and asked if his crew was going to visit my house. He said I was going to call you tomorrow and reschedule. I said I deserved a call the day of service and it’s very unprofessional to call a customer the day after the service was supposed to be provided. Installation - Eurex installed the shutters and their electrical sub-contractor (E & Son Electric) performed the electrical work. Quality - Since I was in Norfolk, I asked if someone can show my neighbor that all of the shuttters performed correctly. I was told the Charlotte county inspector would demonstrate the functionality. Again, I said this was unsatisfactory since I’m paying the vendor for services. Inspection - I was able to inspect the shutters on 5 Dec and one of the roll down shutters was inoperable and the accordion shutter was installed incorrectly. The county inspector inspected the shutters on 11 Dec and they failed the electrical work and one of the roll down shutters. Rework - Eurex and E&Son Electric had to come out take down and resintall the accordion shutter, set the upper and lower limit switches on the roll down shutter and make updates in the fuse panel. Everything passed the second time. I spoke with the owner, Hans Tessner, and explained that is was disappointed that I had to point out the roll down and accordion shutters were inoperable. I said I expect the company to inspect their own work before the county inspector is called. He said he has been trying to hire more qualified people. I said that’s no excuse for accepting work and performing subpar services. I even asked for a discount for all of the rework required and he said no. I would never recommend this company to anyone.

Never hire this company. Jones has no ability to communicate--everything is his way or the highway. Now has he filed an illegal mechanic's lien for work that was not done. He was fully paid for what he did and more and I had to hire another contractor to fix much of what he did. Also, don't plan on any scheduling because he doesn't believe in that.

Installation initially went very well in June of 2020. Installation went well. But, here I sit 7 months later with the job about 98% completed. They have not scheduled the final inspection yet and installed the strips to hide the bolts attaching their product to the house. In good faith I paid in full immediately after installation. Endless calls to the company have yielded just more frustration and a job that's still not complete. They were quick to take my money bit very bad on completing the job.
