Excellent people and excellent service!!! They live up to their ads! I ordered everything - refrigerator, stove, microwave, dishwasher, washer, and dryer - and we are thrilled with our new appliances! We ordered everything through their sales consultant, Santiago. He was so knowledgeable in helping us make our choices. He was prompt to send brochures of our appliances, pricing, everything! And let me tell you of the delivery service! Jeremiah and his crew made the delivery and setup. They are second to none! Jeremiah has been doing this for 20 years. He knows the appliances so well, and the nuances of how to get the most of our appliances, again he was second to none! If you want a "good deal" and great service, Good Deals of Fort Myers is your one stop shop!!!

2 months after purchase all is good!

Something truly amazing happened today. We purchased a new stove/oven from Good Deals on 10/10/17. We believed our current unit had blown-out during the power outages from Hurricane IRMA. The new unit was installed the next day. When it was plugged in it did not work. It turns out that we had not flipped the right circuit breaker (dah!). So the old one in fact worked. The delivery guys reinstalled the old one and took the new one back to the store. We fully expected to be charged a delivery fee at minimum. We deserved it. To our surprise Good Deals refunded our entire purchase price and charged no delivery fee. The next time we really need an appliance we know where to go. Thank you Good Deals.

We were extremely pleased with our refrigerator purchase after Hurricane Irma. They had exactly what we wanted. The salesman was very helpful, courteous and understanding. They delivered it the very next day on a weekend. The delivery men were totally professional and courteous. We would most definitely recommend Good Deals to anyone who needs to purchase an appliance. They provided outstanding service all around.

The delivery was a nighmare. Good Deals subs the delivery out to another company.

From the first visit to the show room, it was all incredibly positive. The salesman, Will, was personable and very credible. I had checked prices throughout the area and I came to find, Good Deals was far and beyond the best price. Our delivery had to be delayed until the cabinets were installed, and Will did not allow that to become our problem. He arranged to keep them until we were ready. While the delivery personnel were in our condo installing the appliances, someone called to see if we were happy with the installation. It was good, professional business from purchase to installation.

Great sales experience, on time delivery.  Had minor problem with microwave install but they came the next day to correct the issue.

I walked into their store in Naples found the model dishwasher I had researched pricing on and received the best price, service the very next day, which I thought was amazing and the best warranty package to boot! I would definitely recommend these fine folks!

Upon arrival it was obvious they had never installed the refig and freezer before the installation was totally out of level,they chipped the porcelin cover on my new oven and did not attempt to secure counter range.I called the store and they assured me that all would be taken care of,and sent the same crew out.Iquestioned the function of the ice maker and they said they would check it out.After they finished it was quite obvious tha the same problems existed and I again contacted the store and they sent out another crew who assured me they could fix the problem.When they came for and quot;fix upand quot; I again asked about the function of the ice maker and they said they would check it out.They also reinstalled the dish washer which they said was not installed correctly.After they left I tried to open the refrigerator door and it only opened part way and bent the frame around the door Iimmediately called to get them back and one returned and made some adjustments on the refrigertor so the door would open,the unit was still out of alignment.I AGAIN called the store and they then sent out their expert crew I asked again about the ice maker and showed them how the appliances were installed upon moving out the refrigerator they immediately saw it was mis installed and leaking and I again contacted the store who told me that there was no problem all of their installers are fully insured and all damages would be taken care.To make along story shorter BUYER BEWARE the istallers insurance co has been stalling making a decision for over two months based on their inability to comunicate with the installation co THAT THEY INSURE??? When I went back to and quot;Good DEALSand quot; they told me to use my own insurance and have them recover the damages.........which in turn is not assured except that it might cost me $!000 out of pocket. Good Deals advertises best customer service and satisfaction but I guess that is ALL TALK .........SO BUYER BEWARE

Installation was the exact time scheduled, technicians were friendly and professional.

Everything went smoothly, except the handle was missing. They brought it the next morning and installed it and all was well.

Good Deals Appliances' delivery was excellent. Their installation was good. We would rate them an "A" for sure. Sure, we would use them again in the future.

I purchased an entry level washer and dryer for a rental house that was my previous address. I think the delivery fee was $89 which seems on line with most company's out there. The whole process went smoothly. The delivery people were polite and efficient. The units had to go upstairs and they were careful not to hit the walls.
I also wanted to move the and quot;oldand quot; washer and dryer to my new house as they were in a lot better shape than the ones that were there. It did cost an additional $89 but other companies I asked would not even consider doing the extra delivery. Again, they were great and set up the machines quickly.
This is the third time I have purchased from Good Deal Appliances. I will use them again for future purchases.

I like them. They installed my appliances in my home ten years ago. They did a good job.

The whole process was pleasant, delivered the next day, came on time and everything went well. The job done was excellent. The price was very good and competitive. The delivery was very quick and on time. I would highly recommend them and will use the same in the future.

I purchased the Kitchen Appliance package and a washer and dryer . I went several places to check prices and noone could beat their price. I walked in and made my purchase within 15 minutes. Delivery was very timely and professional . The gentleman were in and out in 45 minutes. WOW ! They hustled ! I received a call the next day to ask about the installation and service. What a wonderful experience !

After installed, the Dishwasher did not wash well. They sent repairmen to fix it on several occasions but it's still not fixed after three weeks. They sold me a lemon and when I suggested to the manager that they send me another dishwasher that works, he refused and said once it is installed it is mine. Hopefully the parts will be in this week and I will have a functioning dishwasher. But this whole experience has been a nightmare. They just don't care.
