Alexander Medina is a scammer. He diagnosed my motherboard needed replacement on my dryer and then when he supplied an estimate he changed the price by $195. then said to clean ducts extra $195 and an extra $70 to clean dryer?.. Said he will not do it for the original price. Switch and bait pricing it was. So charged me for diagnostic of $100 and I found a reputable company to fix it and they said what he was pricing didn't need to be replaced.

Took two trips but came back in couple of days with part. Good job.

Overall great job! Alexander was able to diagnose my unit and come back the same day for repair! I will definitely hire again.

Had an issue with our dryer that was unrepairable and they were back the following morning with a replacement. Tech was on time to both appointments and was very courteous.

Inspected drawer microwave and determined the unit was unrepairable. He wrote on the same on the receipt and told me to attach to a request to replace to manufacter. Even though the unit was a few days out of warrenty they agreed to replace the unit. Thanks for the help!
