He was very efficient and he cleaned up afterwards. Answered any questions I had. Price same as quoted. I would hire them again. The Leak Specialist arrived promptly, was very pleasant and helpful. He quickly identified the problem and showed me photos of the damage. He described how the leak could be resolved, made recommendations for preventive measures. He had to go into the wall to identify the source of the leak and was very sensitive to potential damage, discussed options with me, etc. He also cleaned up the work area upon completion!
