Denny and his crew were professional and helpful and always responded quickly to my questions. The work took place while I was out of state and came out just as I desired.

The job supervisor was competent and the sub-contractors did professional work. I did my own drawings, that were then redone by an architect or draftsman for permitting, chosen by Mr. Yoder. My only word of caution is that the architect's work had to be checked and corrected. All of the other work was quite satisfactory. The additions are seamless and undetectable on the outside. We are enjoying our renovated home immensely.

Yoeder supplied us with a calender detailing the dates and trade that would do work on that date.The job took 6 weeks and the tradespeople arrived on a timely basis every day. They were professional, clean, neat, mannerly and considerate. Scott the job superintendent was on the job just about every day was readily available and ran our job brilliantly. He cared,knew what needed to be done, and got it done. When we had a complaint, he listened and resolved the issue. Scott was the glue that kept the job together.I recommend you hire Yoeder and ask for Scott to run your job.Our condo was neat at the end of each day.Many neighbors commented on the consideration by the contractor.My end goal was accomplished, a home that looked brand new,not a renovation. Looks real nice. It was a pleasure to have done business with Denny Yoeder and even more rewarding working with Scott on a daily basis. He was everything one would want and more in someone who is responsible for getting the job done.Scott went above and beyond in taking care of not only the major job but also all the little things that matters to people that are not handy.I own a 50 year old window co in Cleveland Ohio and have high standards.I would highly recommend this co.
