Ducker provided us with quality plans to submit to the town for permits. The drafters were meticulous with details.

I needed a certificate of occupancy for room enclosed by a 2x8 stud wall 13 years ago. I supplied them with drawings, energy calculations, site plans, everything that was needed to complete the permit except construction inspections. I paid $1,000 up front, met them at the job site, and waited for a simple letter. And waited, and waited. When I called for information, the owner blew up and accused me of harassing him. I finally got the letter and two weeks later received the invoice. $1,000 for a letter and it took him 6 weeks to complete. I wouldn't recommend him to anyone. There are lots more competent and helpful engineers available.

This company does great work they will provide the drawings and stamped you need to get your permit

They designed a two carport for us. Weâ re still waiting for it to be finished, but as of now, theyâ ve been very attentive and a vast watch of questions.

Knowledgeable engineer

Very hard to do business with, does not follow through to the initial task which was set a plan with an engineer stamp.

He was very nice, at the beginning, he showed up very fast but he did not finish the project.

A mixup on their payment process, I've never sent a check by email so it created a little issue that was resolved by snail mail. Matt did a great job staying on top of things and quick responses.
