"After an unsuccessful attempt with drain cleaner and accidentally flooding my bathroom, laundry room and kitchen in the process, I called Garrett Plumbing. Thankfully, they were able to send someone within a few hours. I cleaned up all the water while waiting for them to come. The service man was courteous and capable. He checked a toilet and tub in another part of the house and they were clogged, too. A brief search for the clean out pipe turned up nothing so he worked from the roof instead in the midday heat. The drain was eventually unclogged and after several rounds of toilet flushing everything was flowing again. The service man was very nice and gave me a lesson about the dangers of drain cleaners, especially the kind I was using, by showing me several scars on his arms where he had been burned by them. I have used Garrett Plumbing in the past have always received great service. "

"Dave is the nicest and most honest man you would ever want to have do plumbing work for you. Thought I also needed drain snaked but saved me money but saying the problem was just the hard water build up in the toilet. You will be much happier avoiding a big commercial outfit and hire Dave for whatever work you need done. Will not upsell you and will be honest with the costs."

"I needed to have the flushing components in my toilet tank replaced. Alayna and Jonathan were professional and friendly. They were very safety-conscious, wore masks, gloves, and shoe coverings. They got the job done efficiently. They cleaned up after themselves and left the bathroom even better than they found it. I would definitely use them again if I needed a plumber."
