The second visit was a big disappointment because they had no idea how to fix the problem and they surmised all kinds of horrible scary scenarios. We called another plumber who fixed the kitchen stoppage for $750 and did not have to tear up our entire floor as Garrett suggested. So I think if you have a basic easy plumbing issue call them. Hard stuff call someone else.
