He came back the next day, installed a clean-out and used the stronger, larger router fed through the new clean-out. He was able to break through the block and reach into the city sewer connector line. It was expensive, but I'm happy to pay for a solution to an ongoing inconvenience and money trap. Garrett charges by the hour. Here they worked quickly and well and they're going to follow through with the City to discuss their sewer line. Plumber also tried to interest me in purchasing other products/services (drain cleaner and new toilets for $750 per toilet with installation and warranty) from his company which I declined."
