"He did an excellent job. His team of people were fantastic. They arrived at 7 AM in the morning, and it was done by 3 pm in the afternoon. When I had a question about the roof, John himself came out and got on the roof. He proceeded to answer my questions and concerns fully and even gave me his phone number if I needed anything else. "Because of the pandemic this past year, shingle roof manufacturers had scaled down on the availability of shingles and colors. Some colors have a long backlog and others are available immediately. Robbie from SCM Roofing (phone: 813-301-0865) is up to date on what is available, listens to your needs, follows through, and he is a very knowledgeable, courteous, dependable and competent professional. I trust and like the GAF Timberline HDZ shingles, and I pleasantly settled for the pewter gray color shingles installed by SCM roofing in May 2021. The new pewter gray shingles look sharp and make a good contrast against my white house. SCM Roofing crew did a superb job installing and cleaning up the site after installation. "Westfall Roofing just completed total replacement of my tile roof. I could not have been happier from the initial sales discussions and contract initiation to the completion of the project. Everyone I encountered listened to my concerns and expectations and followed through accordingly. Each team showed up at their scheduled time. The various teams that worked on the project were all very professional and pleasant. The scheduler kept me in the loop for each step of the project; the tear off team and installation team cleaned up the worksite at the end of each day of work. It was particularly impressive to watch the installation team sit on the curb across from the house at the end of their first day of installation and admire their work. (Think about it – the street view looks much different than the roof view where they work.) They had every reason to take great pride in the work they did. I highly recommend Westfall.show more
