We were not experts and did not have the time needed in planning renovations or hiring subcontractors and needed a company that was not only a good construction contractor but would act as a project manager. From the planning stages by bringing the plumber, electrician, and tile/floor man in from the start, exchange of ideas helped with formalizing our remodeling ideas. All contractors were professional, courteous, and knowledgeable. Every day wasn't complete until they finished cleanup. When the contractors were not sure on a particular plan idea, they would contact me directly for additional information on what we were attempting to accomplish.
