"I am so happy that I hired Modern Air! Prompt, courteous, friendly, professional, knowledgeable. I couldnt have asked for better. Tom is a wonderful person in addition to his work ethics. I am never going to use anybody else from here on out. He doesnt try to up sell you or get you to get on their contract program and, he finds the problem and addresses that . In this record heat and being a Saturday didnt deter him I am blessed to have found Tom with Modern Air. He repaired my ac unit. Hallelujah! My unit is only 3 yr old but the idiot company that installed it did it improperly, didnt register it, left all kinds of debris in attic and would NEVER service it. All they want is $$$for new install and leave you hi n dry. Do not use Joe Hope Fl. West Coast A C!! I had to have the ac unit replaced in another house and I called Modern A C again in August of 2020 He is amazing! He came quickly and tore out old and installed new. Very professional. Got a permit. Registered unit. Very clean. Did everything the way it should be and at a reasonable price. I highly recommend"

He made several suggestions, cleaned the system and installed ultra violet items to mitigate the mold and keep the ducts clean. He was extremely easy to understand and showed us everything that he did. He also did a few minor fixes on our vents. I would definitely use them again."

I called fresh air services,Darren answered my call right away his pricing was transparent and was less than other quotes I received. He showed up with his teammate and they went right to work cleaned my 10 ducts and dryer in about an hour. They actually take the vents down and send this brush hooked to their vacuum into the system. For a small fee i had them coat my return with this anti microbial coating made specifically for air conditioning and boy does it look so much better than the fiberglass duct board yellow.He even got on the roof and took a video to show me the vent was free of clogs. Their equipment was very impressive. I just returned to the home for the first time in about 3 weeks and the fresh smell from their sanitation fog is still detectable in the air. "My A/C crashed on Monday nite. Tuesday morning I got a list of pros from Home Advisor. Called the first two. They both said could come look at it on Thursday! It's 90 degrees outside! I called AM Aire and talked to Andrew. I was at my house about an hour and 15 minutes later. He liked at it and explained it needed a new motor. He would have to drive to Tampa and pick it up then come back. It was already 4:30 on the afternoon so I told him to come tomorrow. On Wednesday he showed up when he said he would and had it done and my house cooling again In 2 hours. My cats were happy again!"
