I am never going to use anybody else from here on out. He doesnt try to up sell you or get you to get on their contract program and, he finds the problem and addresses that . In this record heat and being a Saturday didnt deter him I am blessed to have found Tom with Modern Air. He repaired my ac unit. Hallelujah! My unit is only 3 yr old but the idiot company that installed it did it improperly, didnt register it, left all kinds of debris in attic and would NEVER service it. I had to have the ac unit replaced in another house and I called Modern A C again in August of 2020 He is amazing! He came quickly and tore out old and installed new. Very professional. Got a permit. "I purchased a Deal, spoke with Ken, the owner, and he was flexible about my schedule changes (due to the tile job taking longer). Since a crew was running behind, he came himself to do the work late in the afternoon knowing that I needed the vent cleaning that day before we moved in. Ken did an amazingly through job of cleaning and disinfecting, and shared his knowledge about HVAC systems and duct routing the whole time. "Robert was able to unclog the drain, fixed the disconnection pipe - although he missed the 1/2" piece that had fallen onto the floor. Then he was able to hear the freon flowing into the air handler when the fan was off, thus causing the coils to freeze up. Was installed a new contacter and fixed the problem. Charge was $32, which seems kind of high, but is was Sunday and he got the job done, so I am happy. He also quoted me on a new system."

I called AM Aire and talked to Andrew. I was at my house about an hour and 15 minutes later. He liked at it and explained it needed a new motor. He would have to drive to Tampa and pick it up then come back. It was already 4:30 on the afternoon so I told him to come tomorrow.
