Due to their rush to get paid, Ask an Adjuster failed to communicate with the roofing company and request the final cost for additional lumber & materials. They submitted the claim prematurely, the insurance claim was closed and our roofer was unaware. As a result of Ask An Adjuster’s haste and not performing the services they advertise, a substantial amount was not paid by our insurance company as it should have been. My roof materials were delivered the day within days of the permit being ok'd by Sunrise and installation began the next day. My old roof was in horrible shape and this crew replaced and sealed the roof in one day and replaced my old skylight with a beautiful new one. Sunrise was here the next day and the roof passed initial inspection with no issues. The shingles went on that weekend right in time for the horrible rains. Final inspection was completed this week and passed with no issues.
