From my first conversation with Tom LaPorta, I knew this was the company I wanted for the replacement of my 20 year old roof. Tom guided me through every decision and helped me find financing through PACE. As a single woman on a fixed income this assistance was priceless to me. LaPorta Contracting truly is a family oriented company and their team, especially Jim and Kirsten take the time needed to assist the customer through a successful process. My roof materials were delivered the day within days of the permit being ok'd by Sunrise and installation began the next day. My old roof was in horrible shape and this crew replaced and sealed the roof in one day and replaced my old skylight with a beautiful new one. Sunrise was here the next day and the roof passed initial inspection with no issues. The shingles went on that weekend right in time for the horrible rains. Final inspection was completed this week and passed with no issues. I will use LaPorta Contracting for any future renovation needs and I highly recommend Tom and his team to anyone who needs a reliable contractor. By the way, when you call Laporta Contracting you get Tom himself and not a secretary or receptionist. Tom is the first person you speak to and his work ethic and love for the customer translates to every team member. I highly recommend LaPorta Contracting.

My experience with Laporta contracting was surprisingly good considering 2 other roofers never even showed up for their appointment and estimate for me. Nothing more inconsiderate than people that waste your time! The owner of the company, /Tom LaPorta, actually showed up to meet us and walked us through every aspect of The job. Very complete. Very thorough. And nothing hidden !!! From permit application to commencement , to final sign off and completion of the job. They handled everything! My roof was done in a matter of days! Professional and clean and efficient! The crew was amazing and respected my property! Which was a pet peeve of mine They handled everything without delay. We were very impressed and absolutely would recommend them In a heartbeat!

I couldn't ask for better service or quality from LaPorta Construction. My phone calls were answered immediately and my questions were addressed promptly. The windows were installed without issue. The workmen were prompt and neat. I couldn't recommend LaPorta Construction more highly. When I need another construction project done I will only call LaPorta construction. Why go anywhere else when he's already the best?

The Diocese of Pensacola-Tallahassee has been extremely pleased with LaPorta Contracting's roof replacement work on several buildings in Pensacola that were damaged during Hurricane Sally in September 2020, including the Church and Parish Center at Cathedral of the Sacred Heart. LaPorta Contracting has the knowledge and capability to tackle all types of roof projects successfully (tile, shingles, or flat), as well as large-scale projects that other contractors could not successfully complete.
