It went perfectly. They came out and gave me an estimate to repair the roof and to replace it. I opted to replace as they had done a repair on a different section of the roof in October 2013. I did not see the advantage of another repair. They came on time, finished on time and cleaned up after themselves. I am only waiting for the inspection by the city.

Tried to give me 24 hour notice of doing the job even though I told them I wanted to replace the fascia and soffit on my own. I was told it would be a one day job and it was not. My roof had rotted wood but had minor short term repairs to keep it from leaking. After the completion of the job had a 3 leak stains on my kitchen ceiling within a week. They came out a week after the leak started and fixed it but I was left having to repair the stain left by the poor quality of their work. The drip edge has several dents on it. Thankfully this is on the back of the house but if this was in the front I would be embarrassed. Not sure why I paid full price when it ended up costing me more money. Did not expect additional charges like having to repaint my ceiling when getting a new leak-free roof.

"Sorry to hear you were not happy with our work, we have investigated your file, and here is what we found to have happened. We have been in business since 1986, and want to make sure each negative review is accurate to what happened. 1. The Inspector for the building department came out and INSISTED we nail the replacement shingles at the tie-in to the main roof. ( This is against normal roofing protocol, but we have to do as they say to have it pass final) No nails should be in shingles at a tie-in, but these inspectors dictate how things are done. The leaks came after we received final inspection from the inspector, due to the nail issue. The stains on the ceiling were very small, did not require repairing, all they needed were a bleaching spray such as KILLZ. The"dents" that you mentioned about the drip edge metal were not caused by us, the "homeowner" caused this by not nailing the fascia and soffit firring strip correctly, this was excluded from our contract."

Action roofing was very responsive. I called for estimates on a Monday I believe and left a message at the office. Chris Clark called me back the same day to set an appointment to come and give us an estimate. In total I got 5 estimates from 5 roofers all but one from Angies List. Of the 5 roofers, Chris was not the lowest estimate, he was in the middle. However, he was the only one to see that there were two leaks not just one as I had thought. In addition, I wanted the wood on the soffit replaced and the air vents reframed. Chris gave me an estimate for both. The roof was done on Tuesday the 16th and they cleaned up everything and took all debris away. However, when I got home from work and saw the job, I noticed that one of the sides of the air vents in the soffice had not been replaced. I called Chris and he told me he would stop by and take a look. He did so and came back out on Friday and put up the remaining "frame". The job is beautiful and very professional. I am very pleased and will use Action Roofing when we have the entire house re roofed in the next few years. Chris is a third generation roofer and very professional.

Took a couple of weeks to get them to show up for the repairs, but it is summertime in Florida and you can practically set your watch by the afternoon storms. Overall a positive experience.

Their roof workers were prompt, and cleaned up Everything prior to leaving and I can't say enough about their Representative Chris who went over and above all my Expectations and exhibited extreme Professionalism, Courtesy and was just a pleasure to deal with! I would recommend Him and Action, and all the girls in the office, specifically Angie without any Reservations! ACTION ROOFING AND ALL YOU GUYS AND GALS ROCK!

They are wonderful. They are top of the line. My neighbors have used them. They are great. Everybody likes my roof so much that they go on for a tour to look at my roof, I mean it's because cosmetic it's a very good work, very fine work and my neighbor has used them for his roof. For the quick inspection they didn't charge me. They are very fine. They are very competent, prompt, efficient, and honest. I had no idea what kind of roof I wanted and the owner or his son took me on a tour of roof to help me determine which one I wanted, I mean how many people do that? They could use them without any reservations, and they are excellent and do an excellent product at a reasonable price. Their price is reasonable.

Overall it went well! The guy got on the roof, accessed the problems and took photographs of the potential leak areas along with the leaks I pointed out. He showed me the pictures and called his manager to get a price, and I accepted their bid and had them do the work today. They were the quickest out of any roofing services in the area to respond.

Their amazing, they are reputable and reliable. They do quality work, they spend time with you. Charlie drove me around neighborhoods to look at roofs. People admire my roof when they drive by and even knock on my door to ask who my roofer is.

THEY WERE ON TIME, THE ESTIMATE WAS A 100% CORRECT. THEY CAME FOR THEIR INSPECTION PROMPTLY, AND WE WERE SATISFIED WITH THE WORK AND I WOULD USE THEM AGAIN.
