We used Ask an Adjuster on referral from Lewis Roofing. Due to their rush to get paid, Ask an Adjuster failed to communicate with the roofing company and request the final cost for additional lumber & materials. They submitted the claim prematurely, the insurance claim was closed and our roofer was unaware. As a result of Ask An Adjuster’s haste and not performing the services they advertise, a substantial amount was not paid by our insurance company as it should have been. Terrible experience; would never recommend them.

Our insurance company denied our roof claim after a major hail storm that resulted in most of our neighbors replacing their roofs. I thought that was the end of the road until I heard an ad for Ask Adjuster on the radio (funny because I rarely pay attention to radio ads or change the channel). I called immediately and Keaton was there the next day. Through him we got an attorney and ended up getting the insurance company to settle. We will have zero out of pocket expenses including covering all fees and interior repairs due to the leak damage. We couldn't be happier. So glad I made that call.
