"After careful consideration by qualifying 4 roofing companies and 2 expert witnesses, our association chose Aastro Roofing as our roofing contractor to replace the roof on our clubhouse and for all 23 building and 100 units just under $2MM including demo of gutters, sheathing, facia, replace domed ABS skylights with E5 triple pane glass low profile, Landmark Pro shingles, commercial sized gutters, repairing stucco and painting.
