Allied Roofing & Sheet Metal, Inc. is a professional roof and sheet metal contractor located in Fort Lauderdale. We are members of the National Roofing Contractors Association and we pride ourselves in our reputation and satisfied customers in the Fort Lauderdale, Miami and Palm Beach areas. Allied Roofing and Sheet Metal company -in South Florida- has been in the commercial and residential roofing business for many years and we have learned specific tricks and skills that gives us the competence to repair any roof that might be damaged or old. My husband and I hired Allied Roofing to replace our tile roof with a beautiful metal one. We did this a few years ago and continue to use them to service and maintain our roof to date. The crew for replacement was wonderful. Clean, friendly and efficient. The site managers were always willing to answer questions and go over anything that came up during the process. Our roof is still gorgeous and we love it!! Thank you Allied for making our metal roof a reality!

Everyone I communicated with at Allied was professional. The Roof Advisor was helpful, polite, and responsive. He provided a realistic timeline for completion of the roof replacement. The COO kept me informed of progress from permitting to tear-off and replacement. The workers worked hard all day, did a quality job, and cleaned up thoroughly.

We are so pleased with our new metal roof its amazing so far just in time for this hurricane season. The customer relationship was awesome from the advisor Victor Rojas and Wendy and of course the lead guy Troy and supervisor Ted was always on top of everything. If I had any questions they were answered in a timely manner always returned my calls and emails very prompt. I would high recommend this company to everyone.

Having to replace your roof on a residence when you live in another city can be a daunting challenge. You are left to online reviews and trusting someone else’s experiences. When I mentioned to my Wind Mitigation Inspection team that I was looking to replace my existing shingle roof with a metal roof, they told me there was really only one recommendation they could offer: Allied Roofing and Sheet Metal. And I haven’t regretted a moment since selecting Allied Roofing as my roofing contractor. From the initial planning meeting to a thorough discussion of roof options (with no pressure to select the options), to the installation of the roof and daily clean up, I was pleasantly surprised. More so, my neighbors commented on the efficiency and professionalism of the roof installation team. And when I noticed a couple of punch list items to address, Allied came out right away and fixed the matter. I can honestly recommend the services of Allied Roofing and Sheet Metal, and my neighbors are now looking at their roofs deciding if it is time to give Allied a call.

Good afternoon Troy, I wanted to follow up with you on our roof project. It has been completed, and final permit has been signed off on. We are very pleased with the work performed by your crews. The initial crew, who did the tear off and replaced our damaged trusses and planks worked for over 12 hours that day! They were professional, courteous, and thorough. The fire barrier/waterproofing was put down quickly the next day. The sheet metal installation was fantastic as well. We really enjoyed Joe, his hard work and attention to detail is rare to see in someone especially when working on his own. When you see it, and it's that noticeable, I have to point it out. Frank, was amazing as well. He responded to my questions, quickly, and made sure I understood his response and had no further questions. He explained the process as the project was moving forward and was at our house on a regular basis. Vitor, we enjoyed meeting you and discussing our options for the roof project. Very informative and knowledgeable. My overall experience exceeded my expectations, which were quite high to begin with! We now have a strong roof, an ALLIED ROOF! Hi, I have a flat roof with the Tampered ISO Foam insulation for water drainage. I had a large portion of my roof done with this tampered iso material. Allied Roofing and Sheet Metal did the installation. According to their website, they claimed to have developed special installation procedures that have proven to be effective in extending the life expectancy and durability of a flat roof. My roof was done in 2016 so only 6 years old and has been failing for some time now. There are many large bubbles popping up everywhere. I noticed popping sounds occasionally during the evenings but never assumed it was the flat roof pulling away from the substrate. Now I'm stuck with a very expensive roof that will need to be corrected. Wished I would have made a better decision when it came to putting a new roof on my home. I posted photos for reference on Google Reviews.

We used Allied Roofing to purchase and install new metal roof. From the onset, appointment was easy and quick, Victor was great with suggestions and price was fair. Allied handled all permitting and kept us informed regularly through a weekly update. They started the job when they said they would and finished earlier than scheduled. Communication and service was top notch as well as the quality of work. Highly recommend!

Allied Roofing & Sheet Metal is the only roofing company you should consider. I completed months of research and estimates from multiple companies and feel blessed that I chose Allied. From the minute I contacted them, during the early days of the pandemic no less, they went out of their way to assure me I was in good hands. I met with Troy, the general Manager, for 45 minutes in person and had all of my questions answered. He even gave me a tour of the shop! We worked out the details and the estimate was very competitive for a higher quality roof. That day I gave them a deposit and never looked back. When I struggled with the decision of what color to choose, he gave me a list of houses they had completed so I could drive by to see them. Every Friday leading up to the day the project started, Troy sent me either an email or text letting me know where we were with the permitting, when he had ordered the materials and when the potential start day was. The project itself went off without a hitch. The crew was respectful, kept my yard clean of debris, and did an outstanding and professional job. From the day the roof was completed I have had neighbors, friends and strangers stop to ask me about it. It is definitely a show stopper. If you are looking to replace your roof you already know what an investment it is. There are plenty of companies you could go with but few who are as honest, professional and caring as Allied. Stop searching and go with Allied...you will not be disappointed!

Our home was in need of a new roof and we really wanted to go with a metal instead of shingle. We initially thought one would be cost prohibitive but reached out to a few companies for estimates anyway. The estimates we received from the first two companies put it well out of our price range but Allied surprised us with a price that was extremely reasonable. Sebastian was our initial contact and he was prompt and professional. They provided weekly updates to make us aware of where we were in the permitting, procurement, and scheduling stages. Troy was our contact during the construction phase and he always made himself available for questions and made sure we were kept in the loop. We did have a few minor issues, as is expected in construction, but Troy addressed them immediately and made sure they were remedied to our satisfaction. It's hard to ask any more from a roofing company. I highly recommend this roofing company.

I contacted several roofers to get estimates on replacing my roof. From my first contact with Allied, to my finished project, I found professionalism, employee pride in their company, and patience in explaining all of the types of roof I mighty select from. I have never been more pleased with contracted work. I choose an aluminum roof and was very pleased with all of their explanations of material, installation, and cost. Nothing was hidden in the pricing. No surprises. The job finished yesterday and the clean up completed today. I am proud to recommend the folks at Allied for your roofing needs.

I don't usually write reviews, but seeing that this is probably gonna be one of your most expensive purchases and most difficult decision for your home, I have decided to leave an honest review and maybe help you make your decision. This company was one of 4 companies i had come out to give me an estimate. All 4 estimates were within 5K so I had a good idea of the price. I knew if someone came in at 10K lower than any of these 4 that i should question why. Anyway, my final decision was based on my interaction with the companies upfront, which all were pretty nice, but finally came down to referral. Someone i knew used them and practically begged me to use them cause of the wonderful experience they had with them. So that's what i did. They were not the cheapest and they were not the most expensive, so it worked out. From the start the communication was unbelievable whether it be through text, phone or email. Response was unbelievable, like i was calling a family member. Funny enough most of the problems were coming from our end when we were fighting with the association. The whole time Allied was sitting by, waiting patiently, and reaching out to check on status. This took 4 months to resolve. During this time, would you believe that this beautiful company sent me 12 samples of different tiles. let me say that again...THEY SENT ME 12 TILE SAMPLES TO MY HOUSE...so i can make the right decision. At no extra charge i might add. So, i know this all sounds long winded but i feel it important to let anyone who really wants to make a decision on their new rook that this company has figured out this process. Long story short....everything was approved by the association and we chose the tiles we wanted. So, it was almost like the company was sitting outside the neighborhood with everything ready to go. As soon as they got the green light they had the roof ripped off and the underlayment put on and inspected in less than a week a think, it was fast. Then the tile was delivered, then they put the tile on. It's incredible the pace at which they are accomplishing this task. Maybe 13 days, i stopped caring how long cause it was faster than i had ever expected. So, goes without saying that everything came out awesome and I am recommending this company if you need to re-roof your house. Thank you Allied Roofing for making this process so easy. A million thanks.
