"The installer and his assistant were excellent, repairing a damaged area of hardwood flooring skillfully, efficiently, and neatly. Communication could have been better, as it took two days to nail down an appointment — despite my open schedule — and the installers were significantly late (arriving at 1:40 P.M. for a 10-11 A.M. appointment) without any form of notice. "Juan and Edian worked very hard on my saltillo floor, they found that the floor had too many coats of sealant and they did not stop until they thought all the sealant were off the floor. Overall they were very professional and they know how to do floors. I'll hire them next time the floor need to be re-sealed."
