Luis and Carla came to our house in Ocean Breeze, Fl to repair a granite top that the moving company unfortunately cracked and was broken in multiple areas. They were very professional and timely. Very attentive to details and made sure it was a beautiful piece of furniture again. Repaired the area, buffed and shined the top so it was very difficult to tell that the granite had an accident. You can view some of there previous work on their Website and I would be happy to attached a picture of this job which was beautiful.

The company published floors was repaired several cracks in the kitchen counter, I assure you it was a impeccable job. In addiction to this Ms Luis and assistant restorer the bathroom vanities. Everything seems new.

Very experienced and professional. Have used this company a few times and I am always happy with their work. They have cleaned and sealed my natural stone on my porch, terrace and pool deck. I have also used them to make some repairs on the stone floors/walls. And lastly I have used them to polish my marble kitchen countertops . Highly recommend them!!!

Louis and Felipe were the best. I contacted Louis and he came to my home, reviewed my need, and gave me a quote. I contacted him a few hours later and he agreed to begin the work the next day. He said that the work will take 2 days. He did not only arrive on time but arrived with Felipe and was able to complete the job in one day. He and Felipe were very willing to answer any questions we had as well as keep us informed of every stage of the work. They did a phenomenal job in removing large polish stains as well as refurbishing the living room and kitchen floors. Louis also shared the cleaner we should use to maintain the shine and where it can be obtained. My wife and I are more than satisfied.

We have beautiful terrazzo flooring throughout our 1970â s built house. After Hurricane Ian flooded our home with 5-6 inches of water, we decided weâ d like the floor cleaned and polished and brought back to its original lustre. I asked several people if they knew anyone who could do this job, and my next door neighbor said there is only one guy you want to do it, and thatâ s Luis from Polished Floors. Luis came highly recommended by our next door neighbor plus another neighbor from the next street over had hired him, and both were extremely pleased with his work. So we contacted Luis, sent the square footage measurements, and arranged for his services. He always arrived on time and worked later into the evening. This is a specialized field, and Luis expertly ground with diamond pads and polished our terrazzo. We couldnâ t be more pleased with our new terrazzo floor!

Luis responded within several hours to my inquiry, asked a few clarifying questions, requested a few pictures and responded with a rough quote within hours on a Thursday night. When we asked when he could start he showed up the following Monday morning when he said he would and worked tirelessly through Friday evening. Expensive but fair price. This type of repair truly requires skilled & experienced person. Luis patiently evaluated the granite & carefuly planned repair. He repaired each crack one meticulously.
