"We had them tear down and replace an existing deck. The deck was 30ft x 16ft. I am totally impressed. Excellent carpentry work and craftsmanship. I am a structural engineer and the deck is very solid. We also had a dilemma that was unique to the build. It scared some contractors away when we were first getting quotes. The original deck had the main power line to the house being fed thru 2.5 inch PVC pipe that ran thru 6 of the horizontal joists in order to get to the meter that was underneath the deck. So the dilemma was how do you build a new deck when the power line is in the way of where the new joists would be running horizontally from the house. Hammer crew went over with us many different solutions around the problem and we came up with one that would be both cost and time effective. I would highly recommend this company!"

"Mr. Villa and all his workers made this a very pleasant and ultimately satisfying experience. My wife and I and our adult children who have visited since the work was completed all feel that the workmanship and eye appeal is first rate. We would sincerely recommend John and his crew to anyone looking for remodeling or refurbishment of their home. What I remember that will help perspective customers is a discussion we had regarding Mr. Villa's philosophy: He said he first looks for highly skilled workers and then he helps them understand his building goal, which is to do high quality work and then take it beyond the customer's expectations. Now, as we look around our home we feel very strongly that we are looking at that philosophy on display. "Mauro is the guy we've been looking for. He contracted to build a wooden perimeter fence. Very reasonable and flexible on design and pricing. He was always on time and built the fence according to specs, accepting changes and adapting our needs. Mauro and his assistants were friendly, respectful, and tidy. The finished product exceeded our expectations and is absolutely beautiful. Mauro also did some interior work in a bathroom and kitchen.
