We had our whole first floor completed sanded, refinished, and asked for multiple coats of polly (have dogs). Not only did they accommodate this but we were able to live in another part of the house (and partially camping) while the work was going on. There was ZERO dust, as they use a dustless system. The mirrors on the walls; even with heavy sanding - NO dust at all. They are the model for how this work should be done. "Erik was very honest about everything we needed. He came in resurfaced the pool, changed the coping to travertine, and repaired, and resurfaced the deck to concrete. He was the only company that told us the truth that putting travertine on the patio will cause problems with our sliding glass doors (water getting in). In the end, we paid more than the initial quote, however, we have an old pool which had unexpected issues and we added extra accessories as well. But even with that, his final bill was still less than some of the other companies that gave us quotes."
