Unfortunately for myself the leak had rotted the frame over years and I was forced to replace the windows anyway. But the guy was very knowledgeable about what he was doing and why, and even went as far to tell me which products he was using and how they hold up better than others. I did have him service my sliding glass door while he was there. Replaced all rollers and adjust and it works flawlessly.
