"We had them tear down and replace an existing deck. The deck was 30ft x 16ft. I am totally impressed. Excellent carpentry work and craftsmanship. I am a structural engineer and the deck is very solid. We also had a dilemma that was unique to the build. It scared some contractors away when we were first getting quotes. The original deck had the main power line to the house being fed thru 2.5 inch PVC pipe that ran thru 6 of the horizontal joists in order to get to the meter that was underneath the deck. So the dilemma was how do you build a new deck when the power line is in the way of where the new joists would be running horizontally from the house. Hammer crew went over with us many different solutions around the problem and we came up with one that would be both cost and time effective. I would highly recommend this company!"

"I hired Troy to repair my mailbox. He quoted me his minimum fee for an easy job, and I agreed on his price over the phone. The job took three times longer than he anticipated, the mailbox was twenty years old, and all the screws had seized. Troy did not try to squeeze more money from me; he stuck to his original price. With that being said, he is a man of good character, and I hired him for a second job. I also liked the fact he quoted me by the job and not by the hour. Going forward, I will be calling Troy first for any jobs I need to do. "
