"We had them tear down and replace an existing deck. The deck was 30ft x 16ft. I am totally impressed. Excellent carpentry work and craftsmanship. I am a structural engineer and the deck is very solid. We also had a dilemma that was unique to the build. It scared some contractors away when we were first getting quotes. The original deck had the main power line to the house being fed thru 2.5 inch PVC pipe that ran thru 6 of the horizontal joists in order to get to the meter that was underneath the deck. So the dilemma was how do you build a new deck when the power line is in the way of where the new joists would be running horizontally from the house. Hammer crew went over with us many different solutions around the problem and we came up with one that would be both cost and time effective. I would highly recommend this company!"

"After researching and meeting with a handful of contractors to discuss our home renovation, my husband and I decided to go with Villa’s Construction for our project and we could not be happier with our decision. Before hiring, we met with John a few times to discuss our project and at each meeting, he took the time to answer all of our questions, discussing any concerns he/we had, and even offering suggestions and design ideas that we ultimately went with and loved. If there was an issue that came up, it was brought to our attention immediately, and John was always up front about everything, which of course we appreciated. The crew was always punctual and very polite. We were living in our home for the majority of the 4 month long renovation, but they made the experience as pleasant as they could, even building a privacy wall for us at one point to keep us (including 3 young kids and a dog) comfortable and away from the construction. My husband and I are so happy with the end result, and we’ve received so many compliments on our home. Even a few neighbors and realtors have reached out excitedly, thinking we were fixing up our house to sell! We can’t thank John, Jhonatan, and the crew enough for what a wonderful job they did. They took all of our ideas and turned our house into the beautiful home that we dreamed of. I highly recommend them and already have them in mind for some other work we plan on doing down the road."

"Mauro is the guy we've been looking for. He contracted to build a wooden perimeter fence. Very reasonable and flexible on design and pricing. He was always on time and built the fence according to specs, accepting changes and adapting our needs. Mauro and his assistants were friendly, respectful, and tidy. The finished product exceeded our expectations and is absolutely beautiful. Mauro also did some interior work in a bathroom and kitchen. The job took three times longer than he anticipated, the mailbox was twenty years old, and all the screws had seized. Troy did not try to squeeze more money from me; he stuck to his original price. With that being said, he is a man of good character, and I hired him for a second job. I also liked the fact he quoted me by the job and not by the hour.
