"The do what they promise. Jeff said our doors would be delivered 4-6 weeks after the order was put in. They came in 4 weeks and he scheduled our install that week. His installers were here about a day and a half, great crew. They were fast, neat and very knowledgeable and accommodating . We highly recommend this company !!"

After deciding to use this company, went through contracting the job, which was done at my house and was painless. When the time came to start the job, Ken and Phil were on time. However due to a mix up with scheduling the inspector, they could only do the inside door to the garage, which came out great. Very satisfied with the work and the professionalism of both Ken and Phil. Front door was rescheduled for January and installation went off without any inspection or other delays. In terms of customer service, I have to say that the company and Ken definitely excel at it. After completing my job he had to travel over an hour to his next job. I called him to let him know that I was having some trouble with my dead bolt, and he said he would be back that evening to take look and fix it. He showed up, just like he said, made some adjustments and even brought finishing plugs for the sidelight, that had been forgotten when the installation was completed. So, excellent customer service."

"Superior Doors & More. The outcome of the project came out great! But please read this entire review. There were substantial delays because I had special ordered doors made in Canada which took months. When I first reached out to Lidiel I loved that he immediately showed up with his teenage son to do the estimate at my home. Secondly, he met me at the door show room to guide me on my choice. In between we had some snafus like his phone was down for days and his website disappeared. This made me panic and think this nice contractor has up and disappeared on me. After many days of hating myself because I thought I gave my deposit to a scam artist, Lidiel reappeared and explained he had a fraudulent credit card problem and that was the reasons his phone & website were down. Phew!!! Heâ s back, I wasnâ t scammed. Finally the doors arrived and we could get the ball rolling on a specific day. However that specific day turned out to be his wifeâ s birthday so he postponed a day, then postponed another day. Now when he was REALLY ready to start, things went pretty well. He does have difficulty arriving on time and he did call out one sick day because of â food poisoningâ . All and all I believe the project took 5 days of his work when he showed up for my new pocket doors. They are beautiful and the work was nicely done. I would urge Lidiel to work harder on his organizational skills. Iâ m still giving him a 5 star because I believe he will get better at being more timely and responsible. Thank god the doors look and work great!"
