It went fantastic! They took out the existing vinyl flooring without mess, installed new Krono Swiss flooring, top-notch installation and I work in the construction industry. The price was very competitive, reliable, on time, they did 2 rooms in 1 day including baseboards. Smooth transition and it was a family business which I am happy to support.

I met with the owners, a very low key and easy-to-communicate-with couple. They weren’t pushy, and once I told them my situation, they suggested a luxury vinyl plank, instead of the laminate I was thinking of doing. They were very transparent about the pricing, and suggested something within my budget. The installation crew was punctual, hardworking, and professional. I’d forgotten to put the pads up in the elevator, which is a strict condo rule, and I just left them there, as I had something to run off to. The installers took the initiative to ask a neighbor where the pads were stored, and put them up themselves. They sent me in-progress photos, so the condo association could see we were using the soundproofing. All in all, I was very pleased, with both the company and the result. They were also significantly less expensive than the other 2 contractors, contractor, so I suggest getting multiple bids.

Everything went according to the plan. The crew did a spectacular job removing the old carpet and installing the new flooring. They were right on schedule and did an excellent cleaning afterwards. Price was better than their competitors and the quality of the flooring is excellent. Jon was a pleasure to do business with and I highly recommended giving him a chance to bid on any flooring project that you might be considering.

Jon and his team did a first rate job, from helping me choose the flooring and the scope of the project, through its execution. The installation was fast and extremely well done. As smooth and hassle-free as the installation of new flooring throughout the entire house could ever be.

They came to my location on time and provided an estimate with a guarantee that the work would be exactly how I wanted it to be completed. Needless to say, they arrived on time two days in a row to complete the project. My staircase looks amazing and they were able to preserve the integrity of the original structure which would allow us to change the stairs if we wanted to. I highly recommend this company.

My experience was great they came out on a Sunday to fit my schedule for the estimate which they were very knowledgeable about everything I needed when it came time for the install they had said three days and finished in one and I couldn’t be happier with the job
