"After researching and visiting numerous home remodeling companies, we visited the beautiful showroom of Fresh Remodel and met Andrea and Dasiel Duran. We were interested in remodeling our kitchen and master bathroom, with new flooring throughout the house, as well as new ceiling lights and new closet systems. Andrea was invaluable as an interior designer and planner, spending many hours with us reviewing and finalizing our plans as well as making certain we chose the right hardware, lights and material for the floors and the cabinets. As the project manager, Dasiel overlooked and coordinated the exceptional and professional workforce which completely gutted and then rebuilt the interior of our home. Dasiel was also able to quickly alleviate any concerns and kept the project on schedule. Andrea and Dasiel truly model their business on their slogan "Every Detail Counts". We are extremely happy with our "new" home and highly recommend Fresh Remodel for any construction needs."

"It started really good, the contractor was very friendly and he said he would help me pcik out the tile and bring his crew to complete the Plumbing, painting, flooring etc for the work that I needed in my New T home. However everything went south halfway thruough the construction. The vanities we ordered were backed up in delivery and unfortunately one of them came in Broken so we had to return it replace it and wait again for delivery. There was work to be completed which I had already paid for, the base boards were not done in the first floor because supposedly they were going to be completed with the 2nd floor completion. But because we were waiting on the vanities; the 2nd floor wood vynil floor was not done, so the 2nd floor was left not completed. The contractor told me that he was going to start another job while the vanities got delivered. When the vanities got delivered, everyone was already working another job site and I called for them to come back and finished what was left of the Job. The baseboards on the first and 2nd floor, the installation of the vanities, the plumbing for the vanities etc. the contractor had me call their floor guy which told me he couldnt come because he was working another job and he couldn't stop to accomodate me, I asked him when can he come he said 3 weeks I said to him that I had to move prior to the next month of October 2023 as I was renting and I had to move out as the current place was already rented to another party. The main contractor asked me for more money to complete the 2nd floor which was not paid thus far. I told him if you cant come by why would I pay you more money and the first floor base board was completed and paid for why it is not done, the answer was you can hire someone else to do it together with the 2nd floor. I had alreeady paid for this and so he wanted me to pay him extra.? I had to hire another flooring company and pay them again to complete the job of the base boards for the first floor and the 2nd floor. Also, the plumbing was not completed as I had to pay separately another person to complete installation of the vanities and the plumbing to do the counter sink and first floor bathroom when I told him about this to the main contractor from Ensel tiles he said that I could hire another person to do the plumbing I responded these are your guys the people you brought to me to do the job!! He started toscream at me telling me that he had helped me spending time taking me to pick out the flooring!! I told him that's what you said you would do to begin with!! I got so angry I overpaid him $2690 dollars to do the base boards and finish the first floor and he was asking me to pay a 3rd party?? totally unacceptable!!! The painter he brought in did a S***** job too left his latter in my closet, did not finish the job either. sent me another 3rd party to give me price for the baseboards that wanted 2500 to put them up. ?? The plumber who was the best guy working on this project stopped calling and even though I had him in a higher regards turned out to be like all of the rest!! Very disapounted. An enormous amount of trash from the construction was left in my garage and in the job site. also the appliances were not cevered and so it got full of dust and when I told him bout this he said, oh pay someone to come and clean it.!!! Very money oriented person, not a regard for others needs and circumstance. Very disapointed. Stay away from this company not very good to use for your projects!! some of the work had to be redone and or not done correctly."

"Florida Best Floors had the best price around town. We priced Home Depot, Capitol Carpet & Tile and Floor & Decor and Florida Best Floors . We are very happy with the services and the professionalism from FBS. They completed the job in 3 days out 5 days that were originally programed . Andres Mendez was excellent communicating the contract details, the product and expectations for the job. We had 5 bedrooms , 5 closets and very long hall connecting the rooms and a very long staircase. We definitely will use them next year when we change floors downstairs and remodel our kitchen ."

"I only review when the experience is extra special. The owner / installer of the flooring and baseboards is personable, helpful, professional, fast, clean, expert work quality. He spent hours in my apartment to help me choose colors and explained exactly what he would need to do, which me feel comfortable about hiring him. I had total trust in his word and he followed through My floor is beautiful . His wife is the first point of contact and she is also extremely patient and helpful . A great team. His hired workers are also very good!"

"Very bad Job done by this company. My original concern was for them to fix the pooling happening in my two patios. Jaime agreed to have it fixed. I paid them over 4k to do this job and when his worker Noel finished I couldn't believe how badly the work was. There is still pooling in the areas of concern and the tile was left uneven. Not only that but the mess they left afterwards was ridiculous. Grout on my walls (that i just got stucco'd and painted), grout on my front door (which i cant get open because grout hardened on the frame), white powder all over my black driveway, trash that was supposed to be removed found in my trash bin, trash bin has white powder stains all over. All in all super messy job. I was very surprised by the bad job because of how he spoke about his company. I've tried several times to tell him to fix the issue but the only guy he has is the same guy that put the tiles originally. I didn't like his work so I needed another person to do the work. He said he was going to give me his insurance information for me to file a claim which I know his insurance isn't going to give me what the job costs. The tile alone cost me several thousand and all he had to do was the job which was fix the pooling and place the tile. I asked him for a refund to hire someone else to fix his poorly done job and he refuses. I will post pictures of the job. Very bad company and very unprofessional. Please don't hire them."
