"I left a 5 star review on 4/29/2025 for repair work on my freezer. The work was done quickly and was assured that the issued was resolved. A day later, the issue returned and I quickly contacted Jose Herrera to come back and resolve the issue. He stated he would and gave me a time. Since then he has ghosted me and has not contacted me at all. I had to get another company to come out and fix the issue. Total cost of fake repair was 480 dollars. Do not use Dadeappliance at all. Beware"

For the 3 minutes on site, I paid $150. They could have told me that on the first call and not wasted my week waiting for availability."
