We recently had a new entry door installed by ASP, and the process was great! Before choosing ASP, we quoted around 10 different companies to replace all the windows in our house. ASP stood out by offering the best quality for the value, and their showroom allowed us to test all the product lines. They also have outstanding reviews, which gave us confidence in our decision. The project started right on time, as promised, about six months after we signed the contract. The installation team was extremely knowledgeable and resourceful, using an impressive installation system that minimized dust and took great care of our furniture and belongings. Our sales representative, Mike, was fantasticâ always responsive, available, and a pleasure to work with. We can't recommend ASP enough! The entire experience was excellent from start to finish!

This will not be the typical review of a business as it covers what went wrong and, MUCH more importantly, what happened when the wrong happened. Brand new, and beautiful, ESW sliding glass doors (manufactured in Colombia), door tracks and wood bucks have finally been installed and inspected about 6 months after signing the installation agreement. ASP did everything right, even to sending out an engineer to assess the salesperson’s design and measurements in a “Project Assessment”.  “Measure twice” is always smart. So what went wrong then?  Once installed the sliders would not close without bumping into each other.  The tolerances between components are so exact (that’s a good thing) that a slight bend in the vertical frame component, that probably occurred during shipping, became an obstacle to the proper closing of the doors. And what went right you might ask?  The panels in question were completely replaced at ESW’s expense and work as well as any sliding doors we have ever owned. Additionally, we would be remiss if we did not mention the super-efficient and expert staff that made the entire experience smooth and pleasant.  We communicated with Mariana, Anabel,  Daniela & Jaime to get our installation set up, and to file the Miami-Dade NOC & Permit. They even put together a contractor's document package for our HOA for the required HOA approval. In another step that made us comfortable with the process, we were assigned Aluisa as our Dedicated Project Coordinator to keep us informed and to answer the questions we had as the installation got under way and all the way to completion. Finally, the installation team respectfully shielded our interior from floor to vaulted ceiling to prevent construction dust from penetrating to our home’s interior.  The quality of the doors is off the charts and with their expertly executed install they look like they were always here. Accordingly, we HIGHLY RECOMMEND ASP Superhome Windows & Doors.

I was able to meet the owner and his wife, Jonathan and Yesenia Rodriguez... They were amazing.. It truly felt like they were passionate about protecting our family and not just selling another job. In addition, the head installer on my project, Randy, was beyond amazing... He and his team went through great lengths to make sure that they protected our belongings during the installation and left my house looking how it was prior to them ever being there.

I had all of my windows and doors replaced for my home in Westchester. They delivered exactly as promised. Our furniture was protected to prevent dust and they did all of the finish work inside and out. I had other quotes that did not include these finishes. Even the inspector from the city said we went with a great company that does great work. They really made me feel good about my decision.

Our sales representative, Chris Pouridas was knowledgeable, personable and remained hands-on until the very end. Our installer Javier was great! He worked efficiently and swiftly. He was also very kind.
