On September 16, 2025, I met with a Paradise Exteriors sales representative who first quoted me $113,000 for window and door replacement. After a few “calls with the owner,” the price was lowered to $82,000 on the condition that I sign the contract and pay a $5,000 deposit that same evening. I was assured that under Florida law, I would have three business days to cancel without penalty. The following day, I emailed the sales representative to cancel. On the morning of September 19th, within the three-day cancellation window—I hand-delivered the signed Notice of Cancellation to their office. Mark Hildreth, Vice President of Operations, signed and misdated the document for September 20 instead of September 19, which would have made it appear I missed the deadline. When I later checked the form in my car, I noticed the incorrect date. I immediately returned to the office, where an employee tried to white out the error; I insisted on a new signature and correct date. Despite complying fully with Florida Statute §501.025, which requires refunds within ten business days of cancellation, Paradise Exteriors failed to return my $5,000 deposit. When I called, they said it was in review and they actually have 14 days. I reached out to the sales rep and asked to investigate it , I spoke to an employee at a booth they had set up and had him send a strong message back to the owner. None of that helped me get my deposit back, until October 15, 2025—more than three weeks later—I had an attorney send a certified letter. Only then did the owner personally call and hand-deliver the refund that evening. Based on my research, this appears to be a recurring practice. Public complaints show other consumers waiting for refunds after cancellations. Paradise Exteriors currently has 37 BBB complaints in the past three years yet still holds an A+ rating. And 30 negative reviews on Angie’s and they still have 4.5 stars. These ratings do not help the consumer and I ask that you review your ratings

I never got to experience an install. this company sold me on a product then tried to switch me to something else via an email order acceptance without showing it to me. Upon insistence, sales person came back with product which did not meet my needs. I rejected. Since that time, production manager has not once gotten back to me when he has promised; has had me chase him, and they have seemingly no solution; nor have they offered to return my significant deposit. I am now uncomfortable working with a company that does nothing that they say they will do. Buyers beware. I am going to report them to the Village of Wellington. My husband works for the city manager.

Horrible business and business owners, Tina, Daniel and Eric Beckner are charlatans, liars, frauds!!! This company is menacing to Floridians!!! They have cost me thousands in damages, look at the pictures, this can be you!!!!

Paradise replaced my old windows with impact windows, the service and quality are A+. Completely recommend.

Paradise ordered my Windows 6 months ago and they finally came in the end of December but they cannot complete the job because they forgot to order 1 window they told me that the window would be at the end of January it’s now February every week they keep telling me that the window will be on the next truck. Worst management that l have ever dealt with they are rude. Still no window

Brenda and Brittany were excellent in informing us about our windows. The crew that installed the windows did an outstanding job, both with the installation and the cleanup. Jeff Jackson did an amazing job. He was actually early for our appointment. He went over everything in great detail from start to finish and in layman terms. I was able to learn about the company history, accolades, experience as well as a detailed rundown of the process from end to end. They take care of everything and make the process so effortless and easy. Jeff was professional, honest, and extremely knowledgeable of his field of expertise. I was wary of the cost to transition to hurricane windows, however, the price beat our expectations in affordability. This was my first time looking into it and was sold immediately. We ordered Hurricane windows throughout the house on January 4th. They installed the normal size windows in early July and came yesterday, August 9th with a large plate glass window for over the door. The installers were very professional and friendly and did a great job on all of the openings. They left the house neat and vacuumed up the dust below that large front window. We would use them again and recommend them highly!

My experience is not a bad experience but it wasn't at 100%. The timing was a little off took more time that I expected But in all in all Jerry in finance was on the money with his customer service He made my life much easier with paradise exteriors any question or concern I had he help me find the answer. Thank you Jerry for all your help.

I recommend Paradise exteriors highly. The service was outstanding. There were some issues with the initial installation and the inspector had to come back after these issues were resolved. Overall, they did a good job. The Mason who came after the installation was particularly skilled.

The Paradise Team, from the person who measured our windows to the installation team, were very professional. Our new windows look great from both the inside and outside of our home. Without hesitation, we would recommend Paradise Exteriors to acquire and install your new storm windows.

Alex and his crew were amazing today. I watched them as they worked and was very impressed with how professional they worked together. Each of the workers seemed very knowledgeable about what they were doing and I am very pleased with the results. They also took the time to explain things to me as they were doing them and when they were finished they also demonstrated for me how to open/close and lock all the windows and the slider. Great job!!

Great experience with Paradise Exteriors...Performed a wonderful job with our windows and doors. The sliding glass doors in our Great Room are 16 feet wide and they look amazing...Nestor is the best...His non-stop work along with the other workers was terrific.
