"I purchased an Angie's List offer from Alpha Lock & Key and within an hour I got a call back from locksmith and would be at my place after he finished his current job. So within a couple hours he arrived at my house and I was very pleased with his responsiveness since I just called the same day. I showed him the digital lock I bought and he was quite familiar with it, but I also showed him the door it was to be installed. I couldn't do it myself because I didn't have the drill bit and apparatus to increase the size of the hole in the door for the lock.
