"I purchased an Angie's List offer from Alpha Lock & Key and within an hour I got a call back from locksmith and would be at my place after he finished his current job. So within a couple hours he arrived at my house and I was very pleased with his responsiveness since I just called the same day. I showed him the digital lock I bought and he was quite familiar with it, but I also showed him the door it was to be installed.
