Excellent, . Arrived 1:30am as promised. Agreed on oh one to standard charge, nothing extra for emergency or late night. Honored commitments professionally. Beware: another locksmith arrived moments before who was not requested. Told him to leave. Also beware that Palm Beach County does not license or otherwise regulate locksmiths. Preferred Locksmith honorable and professional. I was lucky.

Josh was responsive, offered to show up within 30 minutes and did! No service call fee; wasn't about the money; about the service and fix. Came and looked; gave me two options each one fair; was willing to let me do the first cheap option and if it didn't work he wouldn't double charge; he'd do the second more expensive option and I'd only pay for the one price of one fix. He fixed the lock in under 15 minutes and left me with as many key copies as requested. He will always be my new locksmith. Never hesitate to book or call Josh!!!!

A++++++++ I spent about an hour looking for a locksmith online, that could help me get back in my apartment. I wasn’t having much luck, but I kept looking for reputable sites and good reviews and of course someone that was available 24 hrs. I also kept hoping it wouldn’t be an arm and leg like the last locksmith I used, but also someone that I felt safe with. I was locked out of my home with my child and i was quite scared. I found PREFERRED LOCKSMITH and I was so happy with my choice. I was nervous at first, not knowing what to expect so late, at this point it was past 12 am; but then the owner, Josh, showed up within 15 min, did everything so quick and efficient, went above and beyond for my son and I. I was able to breathe again after the whole ordeal. Trust me, you can’t go wrong. This is a business that I’ll definitely keep on speed dial. To top it off, his price was more than fair. I really appreciate you!! I usually don’t write many reviews do to lack of time but I’ll take the time for this one.
