Did an amazing job very professional very polite very trustworthy a little bit pricey I paid for the lock which I didn't mind obviously was a great lock though I needed him to take out the old doorknob and just put a fake one in he could have gave me a break on that but they didn't it's not his choice that was like over $50 just to replace a broken door knob but anyway I'm happy with the overall job

Customer service was excellent. They called me within minutes after I put in the request. Showed up an hour and a half later got all the work done efficiently and was very professional. We had an emergency where our hurricane door was broken. We needed it to be secured. They arrived the same day and replaced the lock so the door could be closed and locked. It was expensive, but fast.

The project was to repair 2 malfunctioning locks, one on a door and one on a slider. The locksmith was knowledgeable, understood the problems and promptly corrected both locks within a very reasonable time period. Both repairs were completed with only adjustments necessary. There was no pressure to do unnecessary replacements. The locksmith was very courteous. I could not be more pleased. I highly recommend this company.
