You did nothing to finish the job and expected to be paid. Took my payment and ran off - leaving much son to figure out how to program the lock. Thieves! Literally ran away so fast as soon as you ran my credit card, you left your screw driver. Unacceptable, attitude and service!

Uri was timely, professional and courteous

We had new window and doors installed, 4 entry doors with 4 different keys. We wanted the locks keyed alike to the front door. We had made extra keys to that door made at HD. The locks were keyed to one of the other locks, so the ND keys were not useable. There was also one deadbolt that I knew did not work and did not want keyed. He said he could make it work, to the tune of a new lock for $150.00. Total bill was (embarrassed to say) over $300. Hind sight, I should have gone to HD and bought all new hardware and done myself.

Polite and capable worker arrived about one hour from request. Performed with proper tools and equipment, explained how he would handle my request and explained to me what he was doing as he worked. Rate was slightly higher than I expected but his work was thorough, clean and strong. I was pleased with dealing with the company.
