Bryan of American Trim Carpentry knows what he is doing. He creatively figured out how to get around mismeasurement of Home Depot. His attention to detail is amazing. He showed us how he got all the handles lined up just right. Anyone wanting cabinets assembly could not go wrong in hiring them.

Brian replied quickly to my email and gave me an estimate in a reasonable time frame. He found the doors and handles I wanted and began work immediately. He was respectful of my property and my neighbors. He did a great job.

He came right away and because job was small and I had the parts he fixed it then. We were pleased and grateful he completed job so quickly. We would contact him again.

He called and set up appt the same day. Although it was a Somali job he was able to complete at that 1st visit. I had materials so he just completed the project and repaired a screen door hinge. He is coming back to do another small project. We are pleased.

One man show. Not a boss with many employees in your home. Skilled, honest, competent, easy to talk to. I showed him all the doors and by-folds I wanted replaced, some door casings, locks and hardware, problems with opening and closing. He replaced and repaired all for a reasonable fee. Highly recommenced. him.

I was quoted $1500 for crown moulding project, in line with other quotes, but Brian had better availability and showed me how Angi charged him for the lead to me. I picked up the moulding myself because I wanted to sand & paint it prior to installation so the final coat would basically be a touch-up. Brian worked quickly - the bords were 12' and 16' long, not many cuts to do . There was extra material left, so I added a small hall to finish off master bedroom. & use it up. Looks nice, but added $350 extra for new areas, bringing quote to $1850... I said "You realize all of this was completed in just over 15 hours, putting the pay about $150 per hour, right?" He replied that it's not per hour, but per foot - even though when I asked up front what the "per foot cost" would be, he answered that he didn't really have one established because each job unique. I said again, "I assumed it was going to take longer than this, and that even by adding 2 smaller areas, ALL WORK COMPLETELY DONE in just over 15 hours!" I thought he'd recalculate.... The other estimates I had were with installer sanding & primer coat included, taking about 25 hours. So, looks nice, and I've got other projects, but will be looking elsewhere since customer service & fairness were not a factor here! Whose work is worth over $120 per hour (used the calculator, not emotion for this more accurate calculation)? Gotta go, have to start painting it now.

Brian showed up on time and did an amazing job. He was patient with all the scheduling changes because of delay in flooring getting completed.
