Hes an excellent source for any kind of work that is needed. He can do anything! Hes an excellent worker. He did my lanai and it looks fantastic and god rid of the wood rot on my property. He shows up on time, works quietly, and leaves on time. Hes even given me great references. Very reasonable price. I plan on using him again.

Bill from Tropicana was amazing. His company offers what every home owner desires in the contractor they hire. Knowledgeable and experienced, prompt and courteous, Bill was meticulous in every aspect of my project. From planning, installation and clean up, every detail was handled with care. I always felt comfortable leaving him alone in my house. He was even good with my dogs! Last but not least he made my project affordable. I received a BEAUTIFUL tiled shower for "pennies" more than one of those prefabricated inserts. I am lucky to have hired him, and would give a verbal recommendation to anyone considering his services.

Showed up on time,the projects turned out great. cleaned up the work area after completion.

Bill was more than Meticulous I come from a Family of Tradesman and when they saw his work they were amazed!! He totally Gutted a 16 by 16 ft Master bath and transformed it into a bathroom you would see in a magazine!! Probably one of the nicest and hardest working person I've met!! I was so happy with his work I told him he could bring potential customers to our house to see his work!! A-Plus!!!

Bill B. of Tropicana Construction did a superb job for us. He reconditioned our bathroom after it was damaged by a leak and mold. He hung new drywall, moved some pipes, installed a new vanity, hung shower doors, and just generally got the bathroom back in shape. His work was excellent. His clean-up was excellent. His customer service was excellent. His gives great value for what he charges, and his charges are clear and simple. He has a fine work ethic and was a pleasure to deal with. He even installed a room air conditioner for us while he was here. I cannot recommend him highly enough.

From when he came in to when he left it was like night and day, quality of work is great, you get your moneys worth and he is pleasant to be around.
