They took all the time I needed to fully explain my ideas and then they made several additional recommendations (not in a pushy way) to consider to help ensure the final project was all that I expected. As the project progressed I always felt I was being updated and fully understanding each step. In many projects, unexpected issues sometimes arise but Richard took the time to explain them and let me so I could make any changes I felt were needed or could wait until another project. "Overall installation went really well. Karl constantly shows ingenuity on any project he works on. He seems to be able to look at a picture and easily re-create it. For example: I handed him 2 newel posts a 8 foot piece of base molding, an 8 foot 5" wide piece of MDF, some bead board, a side panel and a base kitchen cabinet... and he built a beautiful kitchen island. Bottom line- you give him the materials and the idea and he will bring it to life. On top of everything else, Karl is sincere, honest and shows up as promised. He is definitely the exception among your usual lot of South Florida contractors.

"Exceptional work. This crew was amazing crew number 1. Crew number 2 they put 3 layers, They the county inspector came out, He stated they are doing a exceptional job. They not stingy on the material. Then have a rain storm for days, They had to let it dry. no water leakage during the rain. The 3rd crew came and put the tile on. They work through the rain until the thunder came. Then, once it stop they were back on the roof again. They we're exceptional. They also replace the chimney. I also need gutter and down spout. They did that too. Price that was very fair."
