The workers did outstanding work, the decks they have done in my neighborhood are by far the most beautiful. Everything I requested at the beginning was honored and they came up with a few additional great ideas. I requested that the price not change and it did not. My son was having a deck done at the same time and took pictures so his contractor would model his after my deck. I am very pleased with the outcome and would use them again."

"We finally found the right contractor! We had 3 projects involving the basement, Master bath and front porch. Martin and his team are very skilled. The work is high quality, efficient and done correctly. Estimates are provided in writing in advance of the job. Martin is often onsite - either doing the work himself or supervising and guiding his team. He communicates well and often and he stands behind his work. We had a small issue in the Master Bath with the painting on the ceiling. He came immediately to inspect it, figured out the issue and had his team redo the ceiling paint. It's now perfect. He is also strategic in making suggestions and giving creative ideas on how to approach the job in ways we had not thought of ourselves. I highly recommend Martin's Home Improvements."

She met with us multiple times at our house to work through the cabinet design. And we met with her multiple times at her studio and the tile shop to select our counter top and tile. More than that, she can explain her design choices, yet is willing to discuss alternatives and work through the design process in a collaborative manner, bringing many ideas to the table – or kitchen, as it were. While there were a number of minor snafus, she was always there to make certain issues were resolved and to keep the job moving ahead. Cabinets and counter tops are a significant portion of the remolding cost. Cabinet manufactures are not all that interested in dealing directly with the customer. Rather, they work through their distributors. We purchased our cabinets through Ronda who has a strong working relationship with the manufactures she deals with and can easily work out issues. "Mr. Cowan was very responsive.  He came out timely and performed the work as described.  He also recommended some additional work that needed to be done.  He took his work very seriously and did an excellent job.  I believe he was a little highly priced, but it is very difficult to find a reliable chimney contractor, and therefore, well worth it.
