"We bought an Angie's List deal to get a home energy audit from the Mark Group. The audit took a few hours in the morning and was simple and sweet. They then provided us with a proposal for a number of improvements, all of which we decided to do.
 The installation of the improvements went really well, but was not perfect. Our attic had no access point so they had to install a hatch. Once they entered, they found hot knob-and-tube wiring original to the house. You can't blow insulation on knob-and-tube wiring so they couldn't do that job that day, only air seal the basement and install the new basement door.
 I think this is an oversight that should have been caught before installation day (and Mark Group agrees), but they was very responsive and professional about making it right. Since I still wanted to install the insulation, they recommended an electrician for the knob-and-tube remediation who, after getting estimates from two other electricians, was the most affordable and high quality.
 During the week that the electricians were working, we had a little water leak into the basement during a bad storm and some of the spray-foam insulation in the basement became sticky and discolored, which is not supposed to happen.  I contacted Mark Group about it. They thoroughly investigated and promised to fix it without charge.
 After the knob-and-tube remediation (not included in price above), they came back to install the insulation and fix the spray-foam insulation in the basement. They completely sealed off the attic using spray-foam insulation and blew over a foot of insulation in every nook. They also cut out every sticky part of basement insulation and replaced it. They suspect it was a bad batch of spray-foam and asked me to contact them it if ever happened again and they would take care of it.
 They were not always perfect, but were always prompt, professional, respectful, and accommodating.
