The workers did outstanding work, the decks they have done in my neighborhood are by far the most beautiful. Everything I requested at the beginning was honored and they came up with a few additional great ideas. I requested that the price not change and it did not. My son was having a deck done at the same time and took pictures so his contractor would model his after my deck. I am very pleased with the outcome and would use them again."

While Jim owns the business, he also worked on site each and every day. Our project together included a 2nd floor master suite addition, additional bathroom remodel, new roof, siding, windows, and HVAC! Jim was always on time and showed up when he said he was. Once our project started he was there every day consistently and worked incredibly hard each day. He worked with high quality sub-contractors when necessary (roof, electrical, and plumbing) and held them to highest standard and was on site while they worked. While construction was occuring, Jim was careful to keep our house as clean as possible and took extra care to ensure my children were comfortable and safe and their home. Jim even took the time say good morning to our dog each day in an effort to make our whole family comfortable! He cleaned each and every day. He was a master communicator and walked us through each step from start to finish. Jim worked on our home for almost 6 months and he took every detail seriously every day. She met with us multiple times at our house to work through the cabinet design. And we met with her multiple times at her studio and the tile shop to select our counter top and tile. More than that, she can explain her design choices, yet is willing to discuss alternatives and work through the design process in a collaborative manner, bringing many ideas to the table – or kitchen, as it were. She listens to her clients and was able to translate our ideas into a comprehensive design. Throughout the process Ronda worked with our contractor and with us to make certain everything came together as planned. While there were a number of minor snafus, she was always there to make certain issues were resolved and to keep the job moving ahead. Cabinets and counter tops are a significant portion of the remolding cost. Cabinet manufactures are not all that interested in dealing directly with the customer. Rather, they work through their distributors. We purchased our cabinets through Ronda who has a strong working relationship with the manufactures she deals with and can easily work out issues.
