12/20/2023 - Please Note I am very blessed to say things have been very busy for me the past few months starting out on my own and I apologize for any late response or double messages sent by accident or not being able to book as soon as i would like to be able to. "Joe Piazza took my call at 11:30 AM today and was at our door within the hour! He began work on our 100-year-old, 3-story chimney on the spot. His thorough inspection (from inside and outside) revealed that we had not only lost both chimney caps, but had a severe breakdown of the old, internal terra cotta tiles. He suctioned out the debris, then took a photo upwards to show how badly they had deteriorated. (When we bought this fix-up house we were told that re-sleeving was not needed because we were converting to a gas fireplace.) Joe explained that now, it was necessary to prevent further breakdown & dangerous carbon monoxide buildup. Thank God he came! He ordered a sleeve insert, and we'll be all safely repaired with a full warranty in a few days! And reasonably priced too! Joe, you are a blessing!"
