Hired these guys to fix my fridge. they would not listen to the explanation I was giving them about the power outage that messed up the compressor on my fridge. they would not listen and insisted it was a different issue. They took 180$ from me and now expect me to call them back so I can give them more money for nothing? These guys are real CROOKS. Took my money and ran-off with it. Did absolutely NOTHING. Extremely Un-American behavior.

Oscar came to repair my washer. He was the nicest repair man EVER. He was professional, appreciative, and just a joy to have repair my washer. I cannot say enough kind words, but I will always recommend this company, and Oscar especially. He came on a Saturday morning. He was on time. I did not call until 8:30 am on Saturday, he called at 9 and was here by 10:30 and fixed my washer. He did not leave a mess, and I am back to doing laundry. Thank G d for Oscar.

Sakhi misdiagnosed the problem with my Kitchen Aid refrigerator. I paid him $350.00 cash for changing the fan motor. Problem was not solved, when he came back a week later, he wanted another $350.00 to replace the control board. He does not speak English, and he says everything is "normal". I do not recommend AZ Appliance Repair Service.

I would not recommend this company to anyone because of their very poor service, it takes them to long to respond, and it takes 3-4 weeks to come back, job was never complete, they promise to come and they do not show up, their service is terrible.

My washing machine was broken, Akbar came and found problem, and I ordered the part with his advice. He installed and now washer works.

The repair man was courteous, meticulous in diagnosing the problem, and repaired our appliance. He was also punctual. I would recommend him to anyone who requires an appliance repair.

They are being dishonest about the price given. They are not honoring the contract and are charging me an extra fee.

We needed a dryer hooked up but didn’t want to chance not properly sealing off the gas connections and risking a gas leak. The contractor contacted me very quickly and provided service the same day. We have a newborn in the house so we were nervous to make sure everything was fully capped off; the contractor was very understanding of that and performed not one, not two, but three tests to assure us there was no gas leaking and everything was properly sealed. The extra mile for our peace of mind was the behavior of true professionals. I am extremely satisfied and would absolutely recommend to my friends and family that need similar service.

AZ came out to repair an igniter on our oven. They left a bill that was not itemized. We paid them. (our mistake) Husband tried calling/texting over 11 times and no response. PSEG came out for a possible gas leak. After another appliance repair man came out, we found out that the wrong igniter was installed and several screws were not replaced. One screw was for the burner gas valve. Tried calling, but was told they could not speak to me because they were food shopping.

After submitting my request for a quote, I received a text and call from Vusal from AZ Appliances withing minutes. Oscar came over within an hour and immediately knew what to do. He was excellent in his earnest want to solve my Dryer's problem. He replaced wheels that were damaged, tested the entire operation of the dryer after he completed the fix and then cleaned up accordingly.
