DO NOT HIRE! Anthony has horrible communication. Was supposed to show at 2 didn't contact till 4 and then didn't show till 530. Showed up and could immediately tell something was off with him. Assumed on drugs. (After searching his records his has a length criminal background including selling and using drugs and burglary) wish i looked before allowing him to enter my house. While "completing the job" his ripped my rug put gashes in my wall and dropped the pump which cracked and he put it on anyway. He claims he completed the job and said it was working great. Come to find out the the cracked pump flooded my basement he cut pipes and left them and my ac does not work AT ALL now. Tried to contact him he threatened to fight my husband & come to my house to harm him. Refused to fix his mess or return our money. Will not answer calls, texts or emails. Stole my money and didn't complete the job. Wish I looked up his criminal background prior to hiring !! Left his mess !

We hired them and should have gone with a different company. They never did the returns upstairs (meaning they never even checked them and they were not working). They never cleaned up their mess ever. I had to jump their van with my car and they had to come back several times because the unit stopped working. I would avoid for a new install.

Thought I had a major problem with the central AC. After inspecting the system, the tech noticed my circuit breaker was off for the AC, which was something my electrical contractor must have turned off by accident after finishing a couple days earlier. The best compliment I can say about anyone working on anything for me is that they are honest. The AP tech that was at my house left me with that impression. I would go to them again and also recommend them to friends and family.

Excellent & Timely communications from Melissa in the office and Nathan, a technician, regarding appointment times & updates. The actual field service provided was Professional, Knowledgeable, & Courteous. Nathan quickly confirmed my laymanâ s suspicions of the issue, confirmed and addressed it efficiently; while also giving me some inputs on items I can and should address. I would definitely recommend using them and will do so when required.

Was told by another heater company I had to replace my vent system because my hvac and thermostat kept resetting. Because it wasn’t getting enough air. These guys came out and looked at my unit. Instead of a pricey project they solved my problem for a fraction of the price. Thank you guys!

Excellent company! They disconnected the oven from the gas line and capped off the pipe. And the gas heater, which I thought there was something wrong with, they got working within seconds, and they did not even charge me for that! Would hire them again, definitely!
