The person who came was very knowledgeable and friendly. He did a great job and he was nice. I ended up needing help with the electrical switch on the fireplace. We are very satisfied with them.

I had three different chimney companies come out for estimates, including Bricks. Bricks was the only one that bothered to actually thoroughly inspect my two fireplaces and wide chimney, discovering that one of my dampers was broken and more. The whole chimney needed to be stuccoed because the veneer stone on it was falling apart, and previous owners had covered a lot of it (foolishly) in roof tar. Bricks was the only company that thoroughly explained everything wrong, without using scare tactics. They were nice and patient, and I’m confident if anything goes wrong with the repair, they’d come out to fix it. It was a pricey job, but doing things right is often pricey. Worth it, though.

Came for a quote to remove embedded fireplace mantles and ended up doing the job right then and there. Quick, clean, professional. Gave additional tips on some other chimney services and will reach out to them when the time comes for those jobs
