"Bill Martins Flood Crew is excellent. In December, just before Christmas, my finished rec room flooded when my sump pump failed--soaked carpet, cardboard boxes, books, furniture with sewer water. I thought I would not find anybody this time of year to help me. But I called Bill Martins from Flood Crew, and he came out right away. He looked at the basement and gave me an analysis of my damage on the spot. He was wonderful. He took care of getting detailed estimates to my insurance company and then made arrangements for me with all the needed specialists. First, I wouldn't have known where to start, and second I wouldn't have had a clue whom to call. I needed crews to remove the carpet, cut out drywall all around to dry it out, check for mold, test for asbestos, and then remove everything. And, of course, fixing the sump pump, installing flooring, putting everything back, and lots of details in between. All of this obviously can't be completed in a week or even a month. My work was not the only project that busy contractors had. My situation was far more complicated than I thought it would be. Ultimately, it took four months, which I thought was very reasonable. And the result is so beautiful--no corners cut, no putting up with mediocre results, all this for the same price and time or less than others quote. Be patient. Be flexible. "This review is solely about the installation portion of the Puronics Water Treatment System since it was just installed today. The install team arrived on time, ready to go to work. The location of my main water line was tricky to get to, but they found a great solution to tap into the line via a drop-ceiling access point. They located the Hydronex Water Conditioning Cylinder and Salt Backflush Container exactly where I wanted it. Their work was clean, tight, and very professional. The RO system was backordered, so they explained that they will return within the week to install that portion of the project. They prepped for the RO install by drilling and installing the faucet in my granite countertop. After the install, they explained the whole system to my wife and I and we were up and running with conditioned water. I can't say enough about my experience with Chuck on the initial phone call, Miles who provided the water testing and sold me the system, and Ryan who installed the system. So far, I can't envision any issues that might arise with Orbit Water Solutions since they have provided outstanding service to this point!"

"Murphy's Plumbing replaced a portion of our sewer line. Jeff presented us with a cost efficient and minimally invasive solution, involving running our line above ground and under our oil tank. He assured us this is "not a big deal". Other plumbers were more alarmist recommending tearing up a lot of our concrete floor or even draining and removing our oil tank to run the line under ground. Steve and crew were extremely efficient and clean, completing the work exactly as expected and on time. Listening to the crew work in the basement, I could tell they are very concerned with doing quality work and have a lot of pride for their trade. Sewer issues are miserable, but Murphy's presented a level-headed and simple solution and took the stress our of the problem. "We called Charles Moon Plumbing on Friday and they were able to schedule us on Tuesday morning (this was not an emergency, so that was very acceptable). Sebastian and Eric arrived early (after calling first) and looked at the situation. They loosened the disposal with the tool, then hit the reset button (which we hadn't thought to look for!) and the disposal worked perfectly. They gave us some tips about using ice cubes and chopped up lemons periodically to keep the blades sharp and the unit smelling better, told us to keep an eye on the unit as there is some rust starting and were on their way with only a service charge. Best of all, they didn't make us feel silly for missing the reset button! We will definitely call them again."

Dave Condin was the final person who came to do quality control. He is an amazing and talented person. He is fun to talk with and seems to be the ultimate problem solver.

A week after the installation we are now facing a heat wave, and I can already see the benefits of this program. My house does not heat up because of the attic. The air conditioning runs less frequently, and the house seem far more comfortable.

The best part is that PEPCO agrees to a rebate off the cost of the installation. This makes the process and unbelievable bargain.
